Pie flavors and ingredients change with the season and we always use the freshest ingredients available. Pies feature locally grown fruits, vegetables, dairy, and grains from a wide number of Massachusetts farms that practice sustainable agriculture.
Pies are offered on the third Thursday of the month for pick up at a number of area farms from June-October. Pies will alternate between sweet and savory varieties. Large pies (9”) are perfect for families, with 6-8 slices each, while small pies (6”) are just right for singles or smaller families, with 2-3 generous slices.

Each year we offer a variety of sweet and savory Bushel + Crumb pies to help you have a festive and delicious holiday celebration. Information about Thanksgiving and Christmas pies will be posted in the fall.
To serve your already baked Bushel + Crumb pie warm, cover the pie with foil and heat for about 15 minutes in a pre-heated 350 degree oven.
To bake a frozen, unbaked Bushel + Crumb pie, place the frozen pie (no need to thaw) in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for approximately 1 hour. The pie is done when the fruit is beginning to bubble and the top crust or crumble is lightly browned. If the crust begins to brown before the pie appears fully cooked, simply cover the pie with foil and continue baking until done. Fruit pies should rest for at least an hour before serving to help the fruit filling set.
