Our farm partners are what make
Bushel + Crumb unique.

Strong partnerships with Massachusetts farms are central to Bushel + Crumb’s mission. We work closely with a number of Massachusetts farms to source our produce, dairy, and grains. In addition, we partner with farms to distribute our pies to their CSA and farm stand customers.  We strive to work with farms that grow responsibly, with a commitment to producing the highest quality products and serving as stewards of the land.

Langwater Farm Sunrise

Langwater Farm

One of our pies distribution sites, Langwater Farm in Easton, MA has also become our go-to source for the freshest, certified organic vegetables around. We count on them for all manner of savory pie ingredients, from spinach to carrots to potatoes and herbs. Frequent winners of the Massachusetts tomato contest, we are sure to feature their delicious heirloom tomato varieties at least once during the season.

White Barn Farm

Our newest farm to become a pie distribution partner, White Barn is also an excellent source of fresh, certified organic veggies, including a lot of early and late season crops.

Brookwood farm fields

Brookwood Community Farm

The farm where the pie business began. An amazing community resource just outside of Boston, Brookwood remains a pie distribution partner.

Joe's farm

Czajkowski Farm

Czajkowski is a regular supplier of our rhubarb and strawberries and certified organic butternut squash, which he also peels and dices. Grown in the incredible river bottom soils of Hadley, we’re fortunate that Joe brings his produce to Boston daily year round.

The Big Apple

The Big Apple

Apricots! Need I say more? The Big Apple is where we turn for the best stone fruits around – delicious varieties few other farms grow from elephant heart plums to white peaches. We can’t get enough.

Carlson Orchards

We can count on Carlson Orchards to provide us with a tremendous variety of the highest quality apples. They use strict integrated pest management to minimize any chemical applications and their whole operation is powered by solar!

Additional Local Suppliers

We are happy to source additional products from local producers including dairy from Thatcher Farm in Milton, butter and cheese from Cabot Creamery Cooperative, and flour from Maine Grains.
